Commissioners Present: Bill Cox, Shane Smith,Rick Harrison, Klodette Stroh, Steve Thompson

Employees Present: Trent Reed Jonathan Sheets, Mike Moncur, Kari Shilthius

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by President Bill Cox

The minutes of the June 11, 2025 regular meeting were reviewed. Corrections were noted. Shane Smith made a motion to aprove the minutes as corrected, seconded by Rick Harrison, and the motion carried

Income and Expense Report: Report was given by Keri Schilthius.

Shane Smith made the motion to reinvest the two maturing CDs at the best rate for no longer than 13 months. Interest will be reinvested. Seconded by Rick Harrision, and the motion carried.
